I started The Pivotal Paradigm Project in 2020 because I kept watching great work go unseen, and I knew the fix was a better story told more often.

I've worked in classrooms, nonprofits, health systems, and national organizations, including Teach For America, the National School Climate Center, and Evergreen Health. Everywhere I went, the same thing was true: the work was strong, and the story hadn't caught up.
Today I help mission-driven leaders close that gap. I build the narrative, the materials, and the rhythm that get your work in front of the funders, partners, and press who should already know your name.
