“Small Lessons, Big Shifts” — Logitech

For a global company like Logitech, equity mattered — but they faced a challenge. Long, one-size-fits-all trainings often fell flat across diverse teams. What employees needed were bite-sized, relatable learning moments they could carry into their everyday work.

We partnered with Logitech to design microlearning sessions on intersectionality and inclusive internal communications. Each session was short and story-driven, connecting abstract concepts to real workplace dynamics. Employees reflected on scenarios that felt familiar — how voices get left out in meetings, how communication styles can exclude, how intersecting identities shape experiences at work.

The sessions weren’t lectures; they were conversations. By focusing on small, actionable steps, we helped employees see how equity could live in the flow of daily communication rather than as an abstract policy.

Impact:

  • Delivered 6 microlearning sessions across global offices

  • Reached 200+ employees across multiple time zones

  • Increased confidence in applying intersectionality concepts by 35% (session surveys)

  • Sparked ongoing DEI dialogues in 4 departments that continued after the sessions
