We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in strategic communications, growth, and partnerships. Our team helps organizations elevate their voice, expand their reach, and build sustainable strategies that align with their values.

We design and facilitate experiences that bring people together, whether through workshops, leadership development, or convenings that spark collaboration. With a foundation in equity and human-centered design, we ensure that every strategy we create is inclusive, engaging, and impactful.

Our work spans communications strategy, fundraising and development, partnership building, and narrative storytelling. From shaping media campaigns to guiding boards and leadership teams, we help organizations translate vision into action and story into strategy.

At the heart of what we do is this belief: your story is your strategy. When told with clarity and authenticity, it can unlock growth, deepen relationships, and drive lasting change.

I learned early on that stories shape the way people see themselves, their communities, and the possibilities ahead. Growing up in the South, I spent summer evenings on the porch with my dad, listening to stories about courage, sacrifice, and the leaders who dared to demand more. Those conversations weren’t just memories — they were lessons that taught me equity is more than a principle. It is a practice, one that requires courage and an unshakable belief in growth and liberation.

That inheritance is the foundation of my work today. I am the Founder of The Pivotal Paradigm Project, a boutique consulting firm where communications, growth strategy, and storytelling come together to help organizations expand their reach and deepen their impact.

For more than a decade, I have led projects that bring strategy and story to life:

  • At Teach For America, I served as Executive Director and later as a regional leader, raising millions in philanthropic support and building an alumni innovation hub that equipped hundreds of educators and leaders to reimagine equity in schools and communities.

  • With the National School Climate Center, I designed and launched the School Climate Leadership Certification, moving the program fully online and making it accessible to leaders nationwide.

  • Through Evergreen Health, I guided strategic planning and trained more than 100 managers, equipping leadership teams with tools for transparent communication and inclusive decision-making.

  • At MIT Professional Education, I facilitated the Women in Leadership program, supporting over 200 global executives from 25+ countries in leading with authenticity, intersectionality, and impact.

  • And with The Pivotal Paradigm Project’s own “Am I Off Mute?” series, I created a platform for unfiltered workplace conversations, drawing leaders across industries into dialogue on equity, belonging, and the future of work.

These projects share a common thread: translating equity into strategy and strategy into results. I’ve seen donor pipelines grow, brand trust deepen, staff engagement rise, and community impact expand when organizations commit to telling their story with clarity and leading with inclusion.

At The Pivotal Paradigm Project, I partner with leaders who are ready to build more than programs. Together we build presence, partnerships, and possibility. Whether it is clarifying your communications, designing a growth strategy, or facilitating leadership development, I help organizations move from intention to impact.

Because in the end, your story is your strategy — and when told with authenticity and power, it can inspire communities, attract resources, and drive lasting change.
